Ingredients
1/2 cup Classic Marinade or Mesquite Marinade
1 lb. top sirloin steak
2 lbs. asparagus spear tips
6 flour tortillas (6inch), cut into 1-inch-thick strips

Preperation
POUR marinade over steak in a large sealable bag or glass baking dish. Marinate at least 30 minutes in refrigerator. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.

GRILL steak over medium heat for 7 to 8 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

MEANWHILE, steam asparagus tips for 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp-tender.

CUT steak into 1/2-inch strips. Place 2 to 3 steak strips and 2 asparagus tips on each tortilla; roll up. Secure with frilled toothpick or a red bell pepper tie. Serve warm with steak sauce. Makes 2-1/2 dozen.

Prep: 15 minutes plus marinating
