Ingredients
1/2 cup Original Steak Sauce
1/4 cup pizza sauce
8 small whole wheat pita bread rounds (4 1/2 inch)
2 Tbsp. olive oil
4 oz. deli sliced roast beef, chopped
1/2 cup chopped seeded tomato
1 can (4 oz.) sliced pitted ripe olives, drained
1/2 cup Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
Preperation
MIX steak sauce and pizza sauce.
BRUSH both sides of pita rounds with oil. Spread 1 side of each steak sauce mixture. Top
evenly with meat, tomato and olives; sprinkle with cheese.
GRILL over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes or until pita bread is crisp and topping is
thoroughly heated. Serve warm. Makes 8 servings.
Prep: 10 minutes
Grill: 3 minutes
Special Extra: Assemble pizzas as directed. For bolder flavor, drizzle additional steak
sauce. Grill as directed.
