White Zinfandel

Here are some recommended foods to pair with White Zinfandel:


Grilled Lemon Halibut


Rinse Halibut steaks and pat dry. Mix lemon zest, rosemary, basil, salt and pepper and sprinkle on Halibut.
Grill 4-5 minutes on each side. Test with fork. Halibut should flake when pierced on edge with fork.

Mostaccioli with Grilled Vegetables


Drizzle vegetables with a flavored olive oil; sprinkle with herb seasoning and salt & pepper.
Grill in vegetable basket approximately 10 minutes, mixing occasionally until vegetables are at desired tenderness.
Meanwhile, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add Mostaccioli and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
Place in large bowl. Add grilled vegetables.

Strawberries Dipped in Chocolate


Heat water in double boiler until almost boiling. Turn down heat. In the top of the double boiler, add the chocolate. Heat, stirring occasionally, until chocolate is creamy.
Holding berries by stem, dip in the chocolate until 3/4 of the strawberry is covered in chocolate. Using a wire rack, place the strawberry on the rack stem side down.
Place in refrigerator until chocolate hardens.
