A cheese of Danish origin, now made domestically as
well. It is a delicious creamy cheese, usually ripened
from two to three months to develop in taste and texture.
The domestic version is called simply Havarti. The imported
version is known as Creamy Havarti. Serve with a full-bodied
white wine like Chardonnay or Chenin Blanc.
