Wine Pairing Suggestions:
Rancho Zabaco Sauvignon Blanc

This wine shows the great varietal character of a cool-climate Sauvignon Blanc. Citrus flavors and hints of grass balance aromas of rich guava, mango, and fig. The mouth is full of fresh fruit enhanced by integrated acidity and a rich oiliness around the edges.
